  • financial information such as the amount invested in funds
  • information relating to educational qualifications, jobs held and employment certificates

Purpose of collection

  • In order to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation such as anti-money laundering measures and terrorist financing measures
  • within the scope of executing a contract to which you are party or in the context of pre-contractual measures
  • within the scope of the consent you have granted us to use your personal data, such as when registering to our newsletter
  • we also collect your personal data to serve our legitimate interests, in particular for security purposes, the operation of our IT environment, the prevention of abuse, defence in the event of litigation, or for marketing purposes.


Information relating to personal data collected from the website

Newsletter: We collect information that enables us to identify and contact you (surname, first name, email, country of residence, your investor profile, and language).

  • Purpose: To send you various notifications such as: news related to SYZ Asset Management or funds, research documents, invitations to events including, among others, those sponsored by SYZ, monthly reports on funds.

Contact Form / Call Back Form: We collect information that enables us to identify and contact you (surname, first name, email, country of residence, telephone number, your investor profile, and the company for which you work).

  • Purpose: This data is collected in order to be able to contact you and send you offers related to the SYZ Asset Management product range.

Employment Form:  We collect information that enables us to identify and contact you (surname, first name, CV, personal statement, and employment certificate). 

  • Purpose:This data is collected in order to be able to contact you and see whether your profile matches our criteria.


Information relating to the data collected in the course of your interactions with SYZ Asset Management 

SYZ Asset Management may record and store the phone conversations and electronic correspondence that you have had with us. This data is kept for the duration needed to achieve the purposes pursued, which may be compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation or for evidence in the event of a claim.

We also draw your attention to the fact that during your visits to our establishment, our premises are filmed for security purposes.


Storage duration

The storage duration varies depending on the processing purposes. We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil our legal, regulatory and contractual obligations. When the processing relies on consent given to us, we will keep your personal data for as long as you do not withdraw your consent.

In addition, we may process your personal data after the end of our relationship for operational purposes and/or in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as under various retention and documentation obligations.

With whom do we share your personal data?

The personal data collected via this site may be transmitted to various Group entities within the European Union and Switzerland.
Furthermore, in order to achieve the purposes for which we collect your personal data, it may be shared with the management company, depositary bank, the registrar and transfer agent, distributors, brokers, or other external service providers such as providers of cloud services (hereinafter referred to as 'Third Parties'), or with financial or judicial authorities.

Lastly, when we share personal data with Third Parties we ensure that they are located in the European Union, in countries offering an adequate level of protection.
