With a total value of more than CHF 970 billion, the mortgage loans market in Switzerland enables a large client base to access properties in Switzerland, while enjoying attractive tax benefits granted to Swiss residents. This type of financing also allows private banking clients to diversify their portfolio of assets.
The mortgage loans offered by Banque SYZ will be reserved for its clients and only for properties located in Switzerland. These may be primary or secondary residences, commercial or mixed-use properties, or luxury properties.
