This is an exciting opportunity for you to join Syz Asset Management AG team based in Zurich. We are actively looking for a talented individual who has an entrepreneurial mindset, is organized, collaborative, and willing to propose continuous improvements. 

Your missions

Your main duties will be the following :

  • Ensure adherence to and correctness of Investment Guidelines;
  • Do recurring risk, compliance and plausibility checks;
  • Do daily portfolio reconciliation and resolve errors;
  • Maintain & update portfolio management system (EFIT, Bloomberg AIM) and performance data;
  • Take care of client reporting tasks;
  • Support the CEO
Your profile

Education: BA or Commercial Employee VET

Professional Experience required: 5 years (if BA) or 10 years (else) in a similar area

Soft skills:

  • Drive and capability to take ownership and initiative to improve working environment;
  • Resilience, and able to adapt to a fast environment;
  • Integrity and loyalty;
  • Organizational and cultural astuteness;
  • Curiosity for the regulatory environment of a Swiss asset manager

Technical skills:

  • MS Office
  • Mandatory proficient knowledge on MS Access / VBA Programming
  • Experience on Bloomberg Open and AIM
  • SFTP & SQL knowledge are a nice to have

Languages: German (native) and English, proficient knowledge in Swiss-German
