Job description/ key responsibilities
- Check the completeness and accuracy of employees personal files (physical and digital)
- Scan or print missing documents in the respective employees personal files
- Harmonize those personal files
- Entry data in the dedicated database to enable proper monitoring
- Complete and check HR data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Prepare and monitor follow-up to complete employees personal files with the various stakeholders (employees, HR team, managers)
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed
Education & Professional experience
- Undergraduate degree or relevant experience
- First internship experience in HR an asset

Language requirements
- French mother tongue, good command of English an asset
IT Skills:
