Job description/ key responsibilities

  • Check the completeness and accuracy of employees personal files (physical and digital)
  • Scan or print missing documents in the respective employees personal files
  • Harmonize those personal files
  • Entry data in the dedicated database to enable proper monitoring
  • Complete and check HR data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Prepare and monitor follow-up to complete employees personal files with the various stakeholders (employees, HR team, managers)
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed
Your profile

Education & Professional experience

  • Undergraduate degree or relevant experience
  • First internship experience in HR an asset

  • Track record of delivering high quality work


Language requirements

  • French mother tongue, good command of English an asset
