Job summary: The IT Operations and Infrastructure team’s mission is to “Keep the Lights On” through proper operation of the Bank’s core platforms, as well as enabling and reinforcing the bank’s capacity to carry out its business objectives through well-aligned infrastructure solutions.
The IT Systems Administrator requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and the ability to ensure seamless operations and security within our organization.
Job description/ key responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Active Directory services and Microsoft Entra ID, including user and group management. Create, manage, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPO) for user and computer configurations. Ensure AD security and access controls follow organizational policies
- Deploy, configure, and manage virtual machines and services within the Azure cloud platform, using Infrastructure-As-Code. Monitor Azure resources for performance, availability, and cost optimization. Implement Azure-based solutions to support business objectives
- Configure, monitor, and maintain Citrix infrastructure to provide secure and efficient remote access to desktop, applications and resources. Troubleshoot and resolve Citrix-related issues to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. Manage the hypervisor vSphere
- Utilize app deploy tool to manage software deployments, updates, and patches across the organization. Develop and maintain deployment packages for various software applications
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting processes. Generate reports and provide insights on system performance, security, and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiatives. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and junior IT staff.
Professional experience & competencies:
- Min. 5 years proven experience in an IT Systems Administrator role, with a focus on Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, GPO, Conditional Access Policy, and Azure. Citrix and PDQ Deploy are a plus
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure-As-Code concept with Bicep
- Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect) are highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies, including VMware

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree, CFC or equivalent in IT Computing
- ITIL certification or knowledge a plus
