An exciting role within the IT Business Transformation team that drives Bank Syz IT transformation roadmap. We are looking for a Project Manager dedicated to business projects to help us upgrade our business applications. The incumbent will manage integration projects (solutions or processes) in various business domains (including but not limited to Front, Corporate, Finance, Compliance solutions).
- Project implementation
Conduct analysis, deliver on-time and on-budget projects
Manage stakeholders - Drive contact with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to understand/set expectations, establish timelines and grow the relationship
Manage resources - coordinate with project contributors (security, infrastructure) and external vendors
Develop and maintain project plans
Manage Risks, Issues, Dependencies and Project Changes to ensure quality outcomes for the business
Track and communicate progress - create clear status reports for Team and Stakeholders
Drive developers (internal/external), provide architectural oversight, help troubleshoot design issues
- Change management & adoption manager
Interact and collaborate with the business point of contact
Define governance strategy and support model
Organize training, write guidelines for end-users and communicate on new releases
Continuously get feedback from business stakeholders and end-users
Drive for optimal adoption of new products and tools
- Second level support for Business solution supported by the team
In charge of second level support for issues
Distribution of issues to related vendor/team if necessary
Regular follow up for status of issues
- Keep up to date with industry technology and innovate new solutions
Your profile
Professional experience & competencies:
- Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience in full life cycle of systems/process implementation in the Private Banking industry
- 2 years experience in a recognized consulting firm
- Strong understanding of the Front office processes and data
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets for projects greater than $200K

Education:
- University Degree in computer Science IT project management
- Recognised Project Management Qualification preferred
