Job summary:
The Head of Reception is responsible for the overall management of the reception area at our private bank offices in Switzerland. This includes providing a high level of client experience, organizing the reception teams and ensuring that all 5-star service standards are met for our clients, visitors and staff.
Job description/ key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and inspire the reception teams (internal and contractors) providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of service and performance - individual & collective - is provided at any time
- Propose and implement any processes enabling to receive our visitors and guests in conditions of excellence, by providing high-level hospitality and developing customer experience strategy in all Swiss facilities
- Supervise the professional greeting of clients and visitors to the highest standards
- Organize and manage internal senior management meetings and catering services
- Provide service à table in our boardroom and meeting rooms for guests and executives on site, respecting allocated budget
- Coordinate with other departments ensuring that the reception area is always well-stocked and organized
- Coordinate with all parties involved new joiners welcoming
- Manage office supply activity and providers invoices entry and follow-up
- Coordinate customers events in collaboration with Marketing & Communication team
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices
Your profile
Professional experience & competencies
- 5+ years proven experience as Head of Reception or similar position, ideally within Private Banking industry
- Hospitality management background mandatory including service à table experience
- Successful track record in managing versatile teams in different locations
- Experience with organizing and managing meetings and events

Education:

BA in hospitality management or business administration, butler’s degree or relevant professional qualification
