Syz Capital is an alternative asset manager covering private markets and hedge funds. We offer direct majority investments, thematic funds and tailor-made solutions to high-net-worth individuals and institutions.
We are looking for an Executive Assistant, reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Managing Partners to support the firm and handle also personal tasks. Primarily, the person will assist the Executive Committee on all administrative related needs and as a secondary mission, support the COO with the operational tasks of Syz Capital. The position is based in Pfäffikon SZ.
Job description/ key responsibilities:
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the Managing partners’ ability to effectively lead the organization:
- Provide support to Managing Partners for personal and professional matters regarding travel and entertainment;
- Support with calendar scheduling and emails;
- Assist with scheduling Exco and Board Meetings,
- Coordination of document signing;
- Provide assistance with monthly travel and others expense reports.
- Events coordination: Coordinate, organize and lead event scheduling such as annual firm offsites and Investor conference as well as responsible for organization of internal events. Also assist Business Development team with event organization and conferences
- Support to the COO: Co-leading corporate related projects together with COO, assist the COO with IT related matters, leading by-weekly IT calls and responsible for IT related matters in terms of on-boarding of new employees, assist COO with HR related matters, control of holiday balances and teleworking
- Others:
- Keep up to date CRM database
- Coordinate with intra group related entities as well as service providers regarding any operational and administrative requests
- Responsible for invoicing (creditors)
- Responsible for keeping intranet up to date
- Maintain relationship with service providers, responsible for SLAs
- Assist team with travel arrangements if needed
- General office maintenance
- Client reception and service
Education: University degree preferred. Ideally in Hospitality Management.
Professional Experience required:
- A minimum 5 years of experience as Executive Assistant, ideally in office management, financial services administration or management consulting
- Ideally an experience in alternative investments, middle and back office
- Legal background a plus Hotel and event management experience a plus
